Hi,

Iám into some hobbyprojects and been sent some files from a company. I got the whole model more or less but i have problems solving two issues with only two files.

First problem is the hood. I cant change the thickness of construction parts. Problem need to be solved becouse i would be 3D printed and as for now it will only be 0,3mm thick.

2nd problem is interior. When i scale it down, a lot of parts are spread out wide and some parts just scale down.Probably they dont have the same origo, how to fix that?

Both files attached as RAR compressed STEP-files, hope someone can help me.

Can you Attach *.zip rather than *.rar? I don’t own a license to a rar extractor, but I do own a license to Windows OS which can extract *.zip files.

These parts are too complex in geometry to just be changed to a different thickness.

My guess is that you don't have enough experience with CAD software and 3D Modeling and my suggestion would be to start with a simpler project.

Hi and thanks for replay. Thats true iam not an expert, but the rest of the files works great and i have remodelled most of it from scale 1:1 to scale 1:14. Created the camfiles for my CNC and also 3D printed some parts. BUT, i have problem with only these two things, thats why i ask for help. If you cant help or interested to help me, dont replay.
