Fillet internal edges only

I'm trying to apply a fillet to the internal edges of this component, but I can't find a way to stop the fillet at the corner?

I've attached an image showing the fillet I'm trying to achieve, green is the desired geometry for the fillet, and the red is the part I'm trying to remove/deselect.

You'll have to split that body, fillet the now shorter edge and re-combine.

Will that affect the material rendering as the body will now essentially be two pieces of "wood"?

Use the combine tool to combine the bodies back into a single body. I did mention this in my post 😉

Thanks Peter, I'll give this a go. It seems such a long way around for something so simple, I was hoping there might have been a better way to make the edge selection.

I think there might be a bit more to the geometry than you are considering.

It is often necessary to consider artifacts of revolving cutting tool.

Can you show image of real world results of similar cut?

Also - consider whether the cut will be made to the components (in the real world) before assembly or after assembly. You will probably want to replicate the same manufacturing process in Fusion to get the correct geometry.

Sweep might be a better technique.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
