My priority is to have a correct flat pattern to send on machining. Once the sheet cut with correct dimensions, I think it can be bended smoothly, without all the edges.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you so much.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My goal is to have a&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;proper flat pattern output at the end of my modeling. In real life you need to have those multiple cuts along the curved profile to allow flanges to bend...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But since Fusion doesn't allow to add flanges to a curved profile, I can't&amp;nbsp;manage how to do it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;to everyone can help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;gotta follow Sheetmetal rules, no way around it if you want it to unfold.&amp;nbsp; in your pic the part seems to be a compound curve, "compounding" the difficulty.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;not sure what your going for, but here's something to look at-&lt;/P&gt;
