I am working on the design of a cardiovascular stent and am facing difficulty in simulating the radial expansion of the stent with the application of an internal pressure. Need suggestions on what boundary conditions should I use to capture the change in the length of stent when the internal pressure is applied. I keep getting errors when I am trying to keep both the ends of the model free , citing problems with DOF.
