Hi! Another approach to consider is to leverage Ruled Surface. Go to Surface tab and click on Ruled Surface command -> select the fillet edge -> select the desirable direction (plus angle) and distance. The surface can be used to split the body.

Many thanks!

How can I do this? The cut needs to be similar to the one made using the underside of the flange. The problem is that the upper edge of the filler is a spline and this cannot be cut using a simple plane. I was able to make the cut under the flange using the "split body" feature and using the lower face of the flange as a cutting tool. File is attached for reference.

There are few bodies above the Fillet edge. I combined them into one after splitting them from the rest. Model is attached.
