Hoping for some suggestions on what to look for to alleviate patch function not wanting to give me the "OK" prompt in the window. All boundary edges are connected and on same plane. I've tried different combo's in the patch window and no go. I've finished "sketch".

What else should I try/look for that might fix the issue?

Please don't ask to post the model, Its a product I don't want to reveal as of yet so just basic troubleshooting ideas would be get me started.

Thanks for looking.

CAD whisperer,

Thanks for the response. Thats what I've done, used a separate file based on the same body and just can't get it to take a patch. Worked on two ends but not the bottom.

When I try to stitch the two surface bodies together (with highlight window) I get red all the way around the border between the two bodies, also one body won't highlight to combine with the other. What might cause this? Look for something in history?
