Start by modeling the sun gear using the Spur Gear script. This will create the gear as well as the pitch diameter sketch. Model the planet gear. The pitch diameter of the planet gear must be tangent to the sun gear's pitch diameter. It also must be tangent to the ring gear's pitch diameter.

Hello, I am having A problem I don't know how to fix meshing between the sun and the planets from a planetary gear. The entire design works fine it's only the sun that is not meshing correctly. when it rotates it looks that in some teeth is over lapping with the planet's teeth.

The Sun gear (center) is a complex ratio because the planetary gears are rotation on to axis, one in themselves and on the planetary arms. I do not know the math formula to calculate this ratio, I just use trail and error. The model attached is pretty close.

The sun gear is a different module than the planets, so it will never mesh properly. All gears must be the same module.
