Add option to have Title, Designer, Copyright, and license terms to 3MF when exporting mesh

I do a lot of Fusion 360 exports to 3MF for 3D printing applications. On occasion I upload these files to sites like www.thangs.com, or www.thingiverse.com, to share the design with others. The 3MF file format has the ability to save authorship information and Copyright license type natively in the 3MF file format. At export you can define the title, designer, copyright information, license terms to ensure correct use of both the 3MF file, derivative files AND physical outputs via 3D print of any parts made with the file, protecting intellectual property.
