Problem with printing

I have designed a relatively simple object, but when printing it, it's just frustrating beyond words. It's a box derived from a circle, basically a quarter-circle with walls. A simple hinged box. I'm certain I modeled it correctly. So far, so bad.

During printing, it's doing strange things. When printing the perimeter, it engraves into the bed, and when printing the actual body of the box, it hangs 2 mm in the air. This can be explained if my Z-axis point for the body isn't at 0 (but I can't find anything to adjust it). However, things get really bad when I increase the height of the body! The first 3 layers (0 and 2 times the layer height) print perfectly fine, but when it comes to the infill (15%), it wants to be 0.4 mm higher again. Of course, it might be due to the printer settings, but I don't think that's the only issue.

Can anybody help?

There is no top on the box. If the hinge is the circular area at the left, then there is no gap between the two sides of the hinge. Since the sides and bottom are only 1mm thick, there isn't any room for infill except in the hinge area (3 layer perimeters, top and bottom layers).

The issues you are having are in the printer or slicer. I use SuperSlicer.

Yes, the f3d file will help to show how to model it, but your printer probably needs calibration as well. This site is good for calibration.

Thank you very much for your help. Here's what I did:
I re-drew the whole thing with thicker walls. The bottom is now 2 mm thick. Up to a height of 1.9, my print looks like something from a commercial video. Absolutely straight, solid, and nearly perfect.
However, when the printer is supposed to make the next layers, it is too low down. My printer is quite old (about 5 years). Once it gets into the previously printed material, the filament starts getting stuck, and from there I have to cancel the print.
If I manually raise the print head by 0.4 at the exact transition from 1.7 to 1.9, it continues printing well—though only for a few lines, and then it's too high by that 0.4 again. Since this doesn't always happen at the same spot, the print turns out to be a mess afterwards.
For completeness, I am attaching the files again. But I suspect that my printer may need to be considered broken.

The gap in the stl made it look like the circular portion was a print in place hinge.

Check the belts on the printer for missing teeth. Check the bearings to make sure they move smoothly. Do the linear slides move smoothly through their full range. If not, they are easy to clean. Just remove the rail from the carriage, not the carriage from the rail. In other words, put the carriage on the table and slide the rail out of it.

You can also check the gcode to see if there is anything strange at those transition points.

Thank you very much for your help! You're right, I should clean the device once. What g-andresen did for me is truly a luxury in terms of help. I don't even understand 1% of what you're doing, and unfortunately, I can't learn it quickly (old, lazy, and dumb). The finished file you provided doesn't work either. As a result, I bought a new printer last week (Ender 3 Pro s2... or something similar). That's why I haven't been in touch for so long. New toys, you probably know how it is. Both versions, including my completely messed up one, work on the new device. Since I still can't speak English, I'll have to rely on Chat GPT for translation again.

Thank you once again!

Addendum: I would like to design a handle for a kitchen cabinet, but I don't even know where to start or how. I feel confident in making a "regular" handle, but in my wildest dreams, I envision a Möbius ring. I'm afraid I'll have to bother you again with a new post.
