How to curve a flat object?

Hi.

I was wondering how to sketch and 3d object with a curve and keep holes and bodies symmetrical? I'm trying to replicate a pedal pad. I'll attach pictures of it. I'm a casual user of Fusion and have been thinking of ways but can't come up with anything. Dimensions: W: 45mm x L: 95mm x H: 3mm.

Build it bent, and you will need Sheetmetal component, if it has to be flattened.

Is the pad, you designed with a curve like in the picture provided? It needs to be same curve, how do I work that out with the one I have here?

How are the dimensions changed but keeping the holes symmetrical?

Open my file, you will see I traced your photo’s curve.

Symmetric settings in the pattern command, will keep the patterns symmetric.

Which dimensions are edited, sketch or bodies ?

Which order of procedure should be done, symmetrical lock holes then edited dimensions?

Are all the holes selected first then use the symmetrical option?

Will it keep the angle of curve if the dimensions are increased?

Apologies for all the questions but as stated, I'm a casual fusion user.

The sketch has only got 2 dimensions, curve radius and 95 high.

The Extrude has 2 settings, 45 wide, 3mm thick, (symmetric)

Edit sketch and change a dimension,

Edit Extrude and change a setting.

Fusion will update as you go.

Centre Hole is at centre, with a diameter setting.

Ist Pattern has settings to change - count and angle of top and bottom ones apart.

2nd Pattern has - count and how wide?

Then the centre hole has to be changed to smaller diameter, did that with Press Pull, new Offset drag mouse to about right.

Add chamfer to Centre Hole.

Save your work,.

You can find all these values under Modify > Change Parameters, but that is advanced stuff.

I've managed to adjust the hole sizes apart from the center to 8mm. I've also horizontally spaced them according to the existing RL pad.

Can't work out how to space them 5.5mm Vertically?

I've attached the edited file.

How is the inner hole of the center hole changed? It's to accept a 5mm countersunk hex screw.

I've been trying to increase the curve/radius of the pad but when the value is lowed it throws the holes spacing out of whack. I've taken a picture of an end of the existing pad. When the pad is upside down the front face is 3.5mm from the flat surface.

I also want to design a pad with the followng dimensions: W : 90mm x L: 105mm x H: 3mm with the same holes sizes and spacing's.

How is the curve/radius made to continue along it's path? It will be 10mm longer.

Edit the sketch, edit the dimension, change it to 105, press enter, all done.

When you are changing the Centre Hole, Use 1.5mm as the adjust value.

1.5 is a radius value, x 2 equals 3.

8 - 3 = 5.

Hole size and spacing is different to the BentPad file.
