I'm lost. Pocket is shorter then designed.

I'm doing a simple pocket on a firearm slide. the pocket is 1.78 x 1. and .125 deep. with 2 drilled and tapped holes. I have done these before on different slides with no problems. The pocket starts .7 in from the end. The finished are .79 from the end and short about 1.63 in length. I have reset my tool offsets, checked my settings. I know I'm overlooking something simple. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

The attached file simulates OK and the resulting body measures out OK but the original design does not fit your declared measurements in your original post. You write the pocket is supposed to be 1.78 in length and in the Design workspace it measures 1.928 inches.

I wasn't positive about the actual dimensions until I posted the file. The file looks correct to mill? Maybe a Path Pilot problem?
