How to Maintain/Preserve Corner fillet with 2 edges with different chamfer size?

Hello everyone,

I do apologize beforehand as this is a bit difficult for me to explain. Probably better to see the model I try to reproduce and my attempt photos below. I tried to achieve same fillet size / aligned from the 2 X-edge and Y-edge with different chamfer size on them, and the fillet of the Z-edge. The next 4 images show the views of what I am trying to reproduce. And then my failed attempt at it (with value for you to try on your box)

This is my attempt but the corner fillet connecting the 2 chamfers is still not aligned to corner edge fillet. 1mm chamfer Y-edge, 2-distance (4mm in, 2.5mm drop down) for X-edge.

Can't maintain the "aligned" fillet

Any helps and tips are deeply appreciated! Thank you very much!

Split Face

Delete Face

Patch

Stitch.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

@laughingcreek very nice! Sometimes, I tend too easily to dismiss solid modeling tools. This is a good reminder to remain open-minded 😉
