Edit In Place Broken?

With this latest january release, I can not longer edit in place an take reference for another part in an assembly. As soon as I select edit in place for a component, all other components disappear.

Why would this be? The entire point of edit inm place is to take references from other components.

I guess I have not seen this new conext menu at the top of the window. You have to select which objects to reference and set their visibility.

But I can not set them to be shaded with visible edges. Is there a reason for this?

Attach an example of your needs and work. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it. If needed, ZIP a F3Z file.

Hi! Go to Preferences -> General -> Design -> Assembly -> uncheck "Active Component Visibility."

Could you attach your F3Z file of the assembly giving you issues. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. You attached file, when opened, does not contain any data. Please export and attach file that is causing your issue.
