Help with embossing on a hyperbolic paraboloid a step and reapet logo

i m trying to "wrap" with the emboss this lid with a step and repeat logo but the features "fillet" don t allow me to do on the edges and at the top. what can be a solution? how do i bypass this problem?

500+ Sketch profiles? Probably not possible at a guess.....Can you share your Fusion file?

Hi,

I don't think Emboss will cope with this very well but you may be able to get the

design happening with a Decal. A Decal will wrap around all of the edges and will

get the detail onto the surface but you will not be able to actually Emboss with it.

If you actually want embossing then maybe the Fabrication solution is to use the

Decal to get the logos onto the surface and then use some kind of photoresist

etching technique similar to the way that Electronic Circuit Boards are made. There

are also some Laser embossing techniques that will burn into a curved surface.
