Hi @J_matzinger ,

Its Expected, You cant directly export Sheet Metal Flat Pattern. I have two alternative solutions

Solution 1: Unflod and export

Solution 2: Derive and export

Many of your sketches are not fully defined.

Each sheet metal body should be a different Component.

There is an unresolved issue highlighted in your Timeline.

One of your parts is not modeled with all cut edges perpendicular to the flat.

Hi! I took a quick look at the Sheet Metal design. I am not seeing a critical issue. Flat Pattern Export should have worked regardless. It seems that Fusion has trouble exporting the the cut geometry created by Extrude17. If it is suppressed, the FP Export will work.

There is also a simple workaround to avoid the issue. Create a zero-distance Offset Surface on the inside faces. Then use Thicken -> Intersect to ensure the side faces are all perfectly perpendicular to the Sheet Metal faces.
