Sketches are messed up

Recently, in fusion, for some reason, my sketches started acting differently. Normally, when sketching a circile it shows, the diameter and the circumference are black. Now, when I draw a circle, the circumference is blue, and the inner area has smaller grid squares, and I also had to toggle the view sketch check box in object visibility at the bottom to make the blue circle visible which I never had to do before.

It's the same when I open new design spaces; I have restored UI and redownloaded fusion but nothing has changed.

I managed to get the circle back to what it's supposed to look like by:

- turning profile off in sketch palette

- pressing "D" to manually get the diameter reading

- clicking "fix/unfix" on the circle's centre to get it back to normal

Is there a way I can get everything back to normal so that I don't have to do this long procedure again and again every time I draw a sketch?

This is the case when both size and position are defined relative to the origin.
In the first circle, the center point is directly connected to the origin.
The distances in x and y for the second circle must be defined by dimensioning.

Thank you for replying, but even when i start a new design space and make a new circle from the origin i still get that blue outline with no dimensions when it usually shows the black one.

Hi,

You must either enter the dimension when creating the circle or add it later using the dimensioning tool (D).

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Are there any unresolved issues highlighted in the Timeline?

Does Ctrl b (CMD b on mac) find any issues?

I have attached the file; there are some yellow-highlighted bits in the timeline, but my issue still occurs in other design spaces. I still can't sketch normally.

Moving forward I am going to suggest completely different modeling techniques than the techniques you used in the file that you Attached to achieve more robust and predictable behavior.

For your problem statement - change the Display Settings...
