I ran a simulation on fusion 360. I set my safety factor to be min. 1.4
the simulation was so good and I got safety factor above the minimum I set at the beginning
the issue is when I report the results I got that my safety factor is red even though in the results mentioned higher safety factor from what I choose.

is there any missing part I have to do ?

Re: safety factor

Thanks for asking. I can see from the images the Safety Factor result is not failing.

The minimum safety factor is 3.51, which is above the target of 1.4, and the color plot confirms there are no regions below the target.

Safety Factor can pass everywhere while the study still fails another analysis criterion. The failure message is coming from a different analysis criterion, not from Safety Factor. Fusion evaluates multiple criteria at the study level (yield, displacement, strain, acceleration, etc.), and the study is marked as failed if any one of those criteria is exceeded.

In your case, the study includes radial acceleration, and one of the non–Safety Factor checks is likely predicting plastic deformation under that loading. This is why the report text says the design may bend permanently, even though the Safety Factor plot passes everywhere.

I'm happy to confirm this, but I need a little more information. Please provide either:

A screenshot of the Study Setup → Analysis Criteria, or

The design file, so we can inspect which criterion is triggering the failure.

The absence of a red region or minimum marker on the Safety Factor plot is expected here, because Safety Factor itself is not what’s failing.
