Getting this sketch "all black"

I am trying to make this slightly complicated be ready for extrusion. From what I understand it must be fully "closed" which is shown by it having all "black" lines instead of blue. And I think that I can look for the problem by trying to move any point, line or arc and see if I can move it, then there's a constraint missing. I think there's some mistake in my understanding... Here's the state of things. Can you help me understand?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

When in doubt - click, drag and observe.

Looks like an open profile too.

This line should be black - so something missing here too, click, drag and observe.

Thanks! I knew about click and drag, and no one wanted to move. I didn't realize about the redundant constraint with the semi circle, thanks for pointing that out. At any rate, I got frustrated and built it up again from scratch and it worked. I wish there was a way to see whether there's a double line, and whether two lines meet but don't join (i.e. separate endpoints that are not coincident.) But for now, I am all set, thanks!

However just for giggles I am attaching my whole file and maybe you will be curious and look and give me some tips!

You should have attached the original file.

I would do this very very differently.

Would you be interested is seeing how I would do the geometry?

Awesome, thanks. very useful! How do you get the display to be bright yellow with black outlines. It seems maybe a little clearer. Note that I do have lots of parameters that give me the actual dimensions of the battery and multiple other things.

If you are going to go to the trouble of creating parametric variables then be sure to fully define your sketches in such a way that everything updates in a robust and predictable manner.

Really nice and helpful series you provided here for @rpsalas. The reason the geometry didn't update when you first added the tolerance dimension is because of the redefined sketch plane. When you redefine a sketch plane, Fusion will take any projected geometry, disassociate, and Fix/Lock it. We are looking for ways to handle this more intelligently, but this is the current behavior. Your resolution was spot on. Just know that if you redefine a sketch plane, it's a good idea to edit that sketch and reestablish any broken projections, as you did, so your model behaves as expected.
