Hi,

As @g-andresen has already suggested, you need to change the image to a vector format.

If you don't have Inkscape then there are free converters online. Pop your Google Goggles

on and they are easy to find. Once you have converted to SVG or DWG it is easy to import

into Fusion. You may have to do a little tidying up but once those outlines exist the rest

is straight forward.

Cheers

Andrew

You could try an add-in call "Project Salvador"for the Autodesk App Store. It can take an image and create a sketch. This of coarse depends on the image quality.

Edit: Here is the link to the app

Hi,

You can put logos on things several ways. If you want colour, you can use a Decal.

Another way would be to turn your logo into a dxf or svg file and import it and then use Emboss to put it onto your

component.

If your logo was not too complex, you could draw it and extrude it, similar to emboss.

If you attach your file and show us the logo we might have other ideas.

Cheers

Andrew

Hello, can I have help please with my project - I have my a logo for my small company that I want to turn into a mouse mat. I can't save as a dxf file as im on the basic fusion due to not being a company just a single person with a 3d printer who designs for pleasure and very occassionally uses for something for work. I was really hoping to impress my dad by making him a mousemat with the company logo - i've tried decal but I think I really need to emboss it in order for my bambulab printer to read the design with its colours and print accordingly.

How do you suggest I do this? Thank you for your help in advance 🙂 Sarah
