Flag Notes?

Saw a post about this from 2020, and am kind of hoping we have a way to do proper flag notes in drawings by now. Its an exceptionally basic feature of any modern engineering drawing, and with the lack of flexibility in the parts lists, even more essential.

Is there an add-on perhaps that gives basic flag note functionality? I really don't want to be sketching hundreds of triangles. Getting ready to move a large project into the drafting and manufacturing file phase, which should result in around 80+ drawings.

Is a lack of responses indicative that there is no inbuilt or add-on to enable flag note functionality easily?

Another day another 3 years of Autodesk ignoring an incredibly basic function of drafting.

Also requesting this. The lack of basic features like this will turn away engineering businesses who are used to the flexibility from other CAD software drawing utilities.
