topic Modifying solid after conversion from mesh in Fusion Design, Validate & Document Forum

Ok, after mucho videos and worded tutorials I am not finding an answer.
Downloaded an STl
Converted the mesh to a solid. So far I can do that without too much drama.

I do need to modify this solid but have failed to figure out how.
Can someone point me in the right direction if it is even possible?

Thanks

"modify" is pretty open-ended. Modify in what way? Add holes? Change overall size? Those kinds of modifications are easy. Editing one area of the geometry is harder. Share the model, and some idea of what you want to do, and we can better assist you.

Warning: You are probably going to get some pushback to this workflow. Mesh is an approximate geometry representation, and if you've converted this mesh using the "faceted" method, the resulting geometry is very heavy and hard to work with. There are no curves, cylinders, etc in a mesh. Depending on the design, sometimes it is actually easier to just use the mesh as a reference, and rebuild the geometry using native Fusion modeling. But, depending on what you want to do with the design, you might be able to get there with your converted mesh.
