      <description>&lt;P&gt;If by fully cut you mean to model them fully from taper to taper in the part I believe you will need to make the threaded portion a unique part, longer than the space between the tapers, and then combine it with the part containing the tapers. As it sits the thread tool is working with only the distance between the tapers so it ends the thread at the end of that distance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Initially do thread feature as Cosmetic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Add Chamfers/Fillets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.
