Connection Failed

On entering the emailed site name I get a 'connection failed' message returned on my Win7/64 IE10 installation, with Fusion 360 run under administrator privileges.

Checked firewall / AV / spyware and no logged restrictions being applied, temp turned off with no change.

Further checked router SPI and ISP firewalls (service option) with no apparent restriction.

Googled issue without resolution.

Thoughts please.

Did you remove the "Autodesk Simulation Job Manager 2013" from your "Programs and Features" control panel before proceeding to the installation.

rishivadher - Autodesk Simulation Job Manager 2013 has never been installed.

However I do have;

Autodesk Inventor Fusion 2013

Autodesk Material Library 2013 / 2014

Autodesk Material Library Base Resolution Image Library 2013 / 2014

... in addition to Autodesk Fusion 360.

FYI - I've tried upper/lower case variations of the emailed 'site name' with/without word spaces to no avail

Tried to remove all from the folder were is installed, and install all again

C:\Users\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\f25aa92335571c12c429bf3913b40e4b5cd98b6d\

Can you direct message me your site name and the email address that is associated to you Autodesk Id?

I can ensure that the site is up on or side, and to be clear I can not get into the site, just check its responsiveness.

Received additional Autodesk site ID email this morning that has enabled access without any further install/config changes.
