For instructions on how to uninstall previous beta builds, see below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;WINDOWS &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Uninstalling&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to the &lt;EM&gt;Start Menu &amp;gt; Control Panel &amp;gt; Uninstall Programs&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select the existing &lt;STRONG&gt;Autodesk Fusion 360&lt;/STRONG&gt; and/or &lt;STRONG&gt;Autodesk Sim 360&lt;/STRONG&gt; entries from the list and start the uninstaller.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Upon completion of the uninstall program exit Control Panel.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Clearing your cache files&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Launch Windows Explorer.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to:&amp;nbsp; &lt;EM&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\Autodesk &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Delete the following folder:&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Web Services&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Next, navigate to:&amp;nbsp; &lt;EM&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\Temp\Autodesk&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Delete the following folders:&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Autodesk Fusion 360 and/or Autodesk Sim 360&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;BrowserCache&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;PLM360Cache&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Now navigate to &lt;EM&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Ensure the following folders have been deleted. If they haven’t, manually delete them.&lt;OL&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;MC3&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Neutron Platform&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;NFORGE (if present)&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Common&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Autodesk Sim 360 (if present)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;NSIM (if present)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Next navigate to&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;$TMPDIR/Autodesk&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;(open a Terminal window, and type:&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;open&amp;nbsp;$TMPDIR/Autodesk&lt;/EM&gt;) and move the following folders to the trash:&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Autodesk Fusion 360 and/or Autodesk Sim 360&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Project Simulus (if present)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;Can you test uninstalling per the above instructions and then re-installing R1?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This same issue was discussed in &lt;A href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Get-Help-with-Fusion-360/Your-Autodesk-ID-xxxx-is-not-registered-with-any-hubs-on/m-p/4336698#M1454" target="_self"&gt;another forum thread&lt;/A&gt;, where the workaround was identified as disabling ones antivirus.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you try logging into &lt;A href="https://360.autodesk.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://360.autodesk.com/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with the username adn password first and then opening/logging in to&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Fusion 360?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are there any special characters in the username?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have encoutered the Hub Configuration has failed condition.&amp;nbsp; I have attempted using both a Windows 7 PC and Mac 10.8.5.&amp;nbsp; I have tried creating another user account and been informed there is no hub for that account.&amp;nbsp; Earlier versionshave not been installed&amp;nbsp;on either system but I did go through the unistall process described and reinstalled on the PC with no change.&amp;nbsp; I also disabled my anto virus an that did not resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to give the software a try, but things are not going well.&amp;nbsp; Your assistance would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
