IGES won't transfer a T-Spline so we would need a F3D. You should be able to place the body in a component and using the context menu (Right Mouse Button) on the component "Save Copy As" to share the file with us.

Looking at the image in the posting I don't see that the body is selected. Once selected you will see un-welded boundaries with a yellow line. This could be the reason for the "boxy" look. I can't see the other side but any place where there is a hard internal corner will produce a "boxy" model as well. I would suggest first make sure all vertices are welded to each other then confirm there are no sharp internal corners.

Could you upload the .f3d file to this post? There is an export archive command available from the main application menu that will allow you to export the file in a .f3d format.

I think I understand your issues a bit more after seeing your model. I see there were multiple T-Spline bodies to define the handle shape. T-Splines work best when modeled as a single body. This can also be there drawback but in general I think you could get better results from building a single topology of T-Spline faces. This can be achieved in a number of ways. I created the examples that I attached by defining the rectangular section at the base and then extruding the shape. This is done by selecting the edges of a body and holding the Alt key when transforming the edges in the Edit Form command. In this way you "grow" the desired form. There are many approaches but this could work for the shape you seem to desire. I have attached a video. I modeled the handle and base seperately and then Bridged between them. Also I used Bevel to add some round to the corners of the base. Transitioning between a sharp corner and a smooth surface usually leads to strange transition areas and is rarely good for manufacturing. I also attached the file with some alternative models in it. Hope this is helpful.
