Please attach your model. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

I created a surface first then tried to thicken it but then I ended up with a thickness like this. Is there any way of filling this type of gaps in fusion.

I cannot share the whole model but I have attached the same part as an example.

Also I want to add that I have stitched the upper 3 and lower 3 surfaces differently creating 2 surface bodies so I end up with this body. But I did that because the model was a bit complex and could not let me stitch all surfaces together. If I can at least fill these gaps that would be great. Thanks.

Hi thanks for the response.
Can you please explain what you mean by replacing the face.
Also it is a surface which I am not able to select for extrude operation.
I have shared the part as an example in f3d format below.

Another method would be to create a block surrounding the gap, then use Combine/Cut and Split Body commands to create a filler piece.

rather than fill the gap, would you agree to not creating in the first place? Is this the result you are looking for?

if so, see the attached model. I used surface Loft instead of Boundary Patch. It is less work, and you get better surfaces.
