Data Panel date and time format

How do I change the format for date ande time?

I like to have it in europeen style.

time 00:00 - 24:00 date 2014-12-20

I'm not aware of any setting that will allow you to do this. This would make a great suggestion for a future enhancment in the Fusion 360 IdeaStation.

Hello,

the date time displayed in Data Panel is in fact localized value.

So the format should follow the style which is defined for specific Fusion language.

I see Your point, let me ask what will work best for You?:

a) Would You like to have English Fusion but display the date time based on Your Fusion preferences.

b) ...or we can display Date time in format based on Your operating system preferences, that is also a possibility.

Your feedback will be valuable. (anyone else is welcomed to answer)

Yes I would like to have English Fusion but display the date time based on my Fusion preferences .

It's always the easiest way to work in a English environment especially in a technical application.

Please do allow changing the date format separately from the langauge. Lots of the world uses English with a dd-mm-yy date format, including the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and lots of non-native English speakers. Having said that, I would prefer ISO8601 format yyyy-mm-dd as an option.

Has there been any movement on this issue at all? The data panel still displays the American date format, despite the rest of the English speaking world using the dd/mm/yyyy or yyyy-dd-mm format.

Hi all,

I wanted to let you know that we recently upgraded Fusion so now it matches the time and date format of your computer's operating system.
The created date in a new drawing also reflects the date format settings of your OS.
