I'm thinking of the same kind of thing that you get from a tool like <A href="http://hackaday.com/2012/07/26/box-maker-extension-for-inkscape/" target="_blank">http://hackaday.com/2012/07/26/box-maker-extension-for-inkscape/</A> where it notches each face of a box corner so you can then laser cut it and it will just snap together.
