New to Fusion 360... I am wanting to insert a jpg file into a top level assembly while in Render. The dialog box opens with the file from my computer and my only option is to select a face but when I mouse over the surface of a component, I'm not getting a face to pick, only bodies. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

It is probably easier to insert the decal in the original model and then select it as a part you want rendered when

you swap to the Rendering tab. There is an Fusion Tutorial about a "Box Cutter" that shows you how this works in

the Self Paced Learning.

Cheers

Andrew
