HELP !!! I can't open or save files in Fusion 360 !!!!!

I cant open files from samples in both online and offline or ether save new files ????¨

The save botton is gray and can be used in new file, and can se the sample, but not open any of them.. I can click Open, but there happent anything.... Help, i cant further with my work.....

But I cant find my last updatet work in the online mode, but only in offline mode... I realy hope that will show op in online, when this problem is over....

I am sorry you are having issues saving and opening. Rest assured that your data is not lost since you can see the updates when you go offline. I have asked someone that is more familiar with this issue to look at your post. In the meantime, I do have one suggestion. Can you log out and then try logging back in? It may help.

It looks like from the following post http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/general-fusion-360-questions/can-t-load-or-save-file/td-p/5407323 you were able to save again by resetting your preferences to their default values. We are still analyzing your logs to help us pinpoint the exact cause of your issue. We have several individuals looking at it. We will update this post with any findings. So I have soled the problem… But how it happens, iI dont know, Because i have not been in the preference and change anything.

The attached dittent come with the last mail, so I try here ind the Blog.

It make the error all time, 2-3 times a week.

Precedure for change to good:

1. Change some sittings

2.. Apply

3. Reset Sittings

4. Close Program

5. Open Program

6. Vola !!!! It work again…But not okay….

I have attached a log file while error and after change to good…

Please get back to me as soon as possible, for a solution..

I am looking into your issue. Have you ever been able to open or save files in Fusion 360? Can you send me (kris.berg@autodesk.com) your logs? To retrieve your logs, go to the help menu (the one with a ?) and select the "Diagnostic Log Files" command.

Your symptoms match what would occur if you have been running a trial which has now expired. If you could send your Diagnostic Logs through email (to matt.pooley@autodesk.com) we can investigate further and advise on the next steps.

Hello all. I'm new to fusion 360. Made a drawing. Can't save it. ? The save feature is grey and i can't click on it. Can anyone help? My laptop has been on all night so i don't lose my work.

Can you also do me a favor and post a screenshot of your About dialog box. This can be found in the Help menu in the top-right corner of Fusion 360. I am looking to see what your entitlement says next to Active Plan. Thanks, and let's work in the other thread as @brianrepp mentioned to continue this.
