Hi Hans,

The fusion360 site, https://fusion360.autodesk.com/my/projects is a gallery site, where you would show off your work to others, not where your data is stored from Fusion.

The data is stored in "myHub". The fusion data stays in the hub even if you uninstall Fusion or stop subscribing to it. You can view, download, or share it with others if you want to.

Thank you,

Ji-Young Oh.

Hi all,

I'm new to Fusion 360, but so far really like it, but I'm confused with the way data is stored.

For example if I go to my dashboard I can see the files and tests I've been working on using this link https://myhub.autodesk360.com/portal/

but

In my account here https://fusion360.autodesk.com/my/projects I don't see anything, so what's the reason of this and how can I access my data even when I'm on a computer without Fusion 360 installed ? Just being sure data will never been removed or lost as i'm totally new to cloudapplications.

thanks,

Hans

Hello Hans,

I'm going to move your question to the Fusion forum so that the Fusion Team can explain more about the second half of your question. I can help with the first half.

The MyHub location is your A360 account where you can see your Fusion data and any other files that you upload and share with others. For example, you could create a project and share that project with other people, then add files like Word, Excel, PDF files or other Autodesk file formats, like DWG, and RVT files. Then share and view those files using your MyHub A360 HUB.

Here are a few links that might help out with questions around A360 it's self.

A360 main page.
http://autodesk360

We also do a Hangout every Wednesday, and our next Hangout on March 11th will be a Getting Started with A360, you may want to check that out. You can sign up for Hangouts at the following link. You can also find posted videos on previous Hangouts at the same location.

Hangout:
http://autodesk360.com/hangout

A360 Blog:
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/a360-blog/bg-p/208

For the second half of your question, I will move this message to the Fusion Team.

Thanks for posting to the forum and hope this helps get you going with A360 and Fusion.

Thanks a bunch Bud, so I don't need to be afraid to loose any data for example when re-installing the application etc ?

I'm going to check out your links and ressources,

thanks again,

Hans
