When I change the shape of an extrusion. The downstream operations have green lines where the old projections were, so clearer they represent the previous location.

I can and do delete these green lines to make a clean sketch.

My question why are they there, and how to I get rid of them easier, then click and delete.

When sketch entities are show in the Light Green color it means that a "Fix" sketch constraint has been applied to them. I have no idea how they were created, the method you describe does not cause it for me. Most all of the sketch entities are "Projected" so they are fixed anyway by their relationship to the body or component that they were projected from.

Hmm I haven't used a fixed constraint in weeks. Is it possible that the fold unfold process cause the "fixation"'.

So erasing them is a good idea? think so because a don't want to end up with a whole bunch as I play with the profiles, can't see why removing them harms anything.

Thanks for the info anyway.
