Hi,

Is there a planning for making an excel parameters table available in fusion 360 for soon.

This is a must for the type of design that I am using and I am considering Fusion 360 seriously (the features are impressive allready).

Yan

Take a look at the Parameter I/O script and see if that works for your purpose, available here:

https://apps.exchange.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Home/Index

Jesse

Hi Jess,
I appreciate your solution that is filling 80% of the needs, are you able to add a text as a value for the tittle (I just need to know what list of parameters I am currently using).
Thank you for this script, I hope the final Spread sheet list of parameters will be integrated in future.
Yan

Hi Yan, I actually don't know a lot about that script. But I'm glad to hear it at least helps some for the time being. I may try to learn how to write such scripts in the future.

Good luck!

Jesse

Hi Jesse,

I can use the second tab in the CSV to keep the multiples parameters values, if the script can be modified just to add a Text tittle to keep the tracking of wich parameters list I am currently using.

The SW parameters link to excel is a good exemple.

Fusion360 is outstanding so far, so I am confident we will see these kind of addons soon.

Have a great day,

Yan

Hi Jesse,

It do work fine, I can put a NAME parameter and I can put the name of the list, I just don't put any units and it work.

it's a good work arround and my design is now linked to the CSV and is modified as I need, the second tab have all the other list name with the parameter, I made a macro that switch the parameters from the big list of the second tab to the 1st tab list that drive the design.

Thank you,

Yan
