      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've been using Fusion360 as an Enthusiast since last year.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I've got an term notification email from Fusion360 and&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;I did expand my startup license as instructed but it didn't work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me with this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My OS is win 8.1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jueun&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At the moment,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;you can only renew once the entitlement expires.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, this is still the case where startup renewals don't work until your current term fully expires.&amp;nbsp;We are actively working to address this issue to make the warning more visible in product before it expires.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For now, you just have to wait until the license expires. When it does, you will get an inproduct notification that the term has expired. After that, you can follow the instructions in the below link to renew your start-up license.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Browse to the below directory in Finder: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Macintosh HD &amp;gt; Users &amp;gt; USERPROFILE&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Library &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Application Support &amp;gt; Autodesk&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Right click on the &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Web Services&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; directory and select &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Move to Trash&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Start Fusion 360 and see if there is any change in behavior.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;also I did not change my email from the one you mentioned &amp;nbsp; gregore at me.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try the restart as you suggest , I just hate doing so because fusion 360 takes everything on my dock and throws it onto the screen &amp;nbsp;on start up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
