To help explain better, ever time I go to close the program it says I have files uploading and I have let it sit for 2 hours and they never upload they are stuck between my pc and the cloud. Also the two files that wont upload are the ones that are gone. And know this isn't a two hour slow server thing on your end because it's been doing this for over a week.
