How do I create parallel fillets?

I want to create three parallel fillets on a sketch that maintains the correct internal spacing. For example, the distance between an inner rectangle and an outer rectangle is 4mm. I want them to maintain a 4mm distance apart throughout the fillet. I can get this to work if I create the shapes using the offset tool, but can't with the individual fillet tool. The goal is to be able to update the radius with an attribute.

Offset version is the way to get that,

parallel fillets means concentric curve or common center point.

In your first pic, 4mm apart would make a sharp corner.

Outer fillet radius = inner fillet radius + distance between lines

It's not about working or not working, they are 2 completely different things :

1- Offset (after using fillet) : both fillets(arcs) are not of the same radius (yet concentric), and that's what maintains a consistant distance in between.

2- Fillet on 2 edges with both fillets being the same radius by logic won't give you the same result, because in the end of the day, they are arcs, and if you extend an arc, it gives you a circle, so since both fillets are equal in radius, then they are not concentric.
