Now that I've traced a Logo that should be well known around here I though I am going to quickly scale it to the right size bevore distributing it at the bottom of the circle but meh....there seems to be no way to do it.

So at the moment I conclude I have to fire up that horribly unintuitive Inkscape up and then import a horribly slow SVG. Yuck!

I think in Fusion 360 sketching has not gotten enogh attention. A lot is missing, a lot is awkward (in sketching). This is probably the only CAD in the world that has no scaling and no chamfer function in 2D! And no way to control and ensure proper snaps, issues with selecting objects that are to small to be seen on the screen and, and, and. Frustrating!

3D Modeling is a lot better with many new and good concepts.

Hey Trippy, there actually is a somewhat unintuitive way to scale sketches, by first exiting out of the sketch, then using the Modify > Scale and selecting the sketch in the Browser tree as the Entities, and can also choose a location for the Point that will be stationary during the scale operation. It's fun to have even driving dimensions in the sketch, turn on Show Dimensions for the sketch in the browser, then when scaling the sketch drag the blue arrow and watch all the driving dimensions change accordingly!

Jesse

Hi Jesse, thanks for that.

I have not had a chance to look at it but I don't think I would have ever looked there 😉
