topic Center and constrain line to a center point? in Fusion Design, Validate & Document Forum

I would like to be able to draw a line CENTERED on a point, and constrain it to that point so that if I re-dimension it, it will stay centered on the point (ie, the length will change, but symmetrically around the center point).

There must be a way to constrain this, but I can't seem to figure it out.

Is there a way to draw the line centered the point as well? Or to force it's center to a point after it has been drawn?

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for using Fusion sketch environment.

Yes, there is a Midpoint constrain can solve your problem. After created a fixed point, and then create a line. Add a midpoint constrain on the line to the fixed point. After added the constrain, you can drag the line as you wanted.

Video also attached. http://autode.sk/1Jf9rBV

Any more questions pls let me know.

Thanks,
