Sketch: Adding angle dimension makes geometry over-constraigned?

I am unable to add an angled dimension to the below blue lines:

I get this error:

But I'm able to move the sketch geometry with my mouse and I can add an angled dimension to these two lines no problem:

Same as this line:

I would only draw two fully constrained and dimensioned lines, then circular pattern them.

It appears as though the lower figure as mor specs on it then the upper figure

also the lower left coincident point does not appear correct when zoomed in on. At 8:30

It’s not the angles that need constraining, so the error is correct.

Click, dragging the vertex, shows it’s the construction lines needing attention.

when you attend to the construction diagonals, then the angle lines turn black, also proving the error was correct.

The reason another pair does take the dimension is due to the perpendicular constraint relationship, on the original attempt set of lines.
