Kay, so didn't help, but I will do what you suggested and make a new Forum post for this and go into more detail about the problem I am having. Thanks for trying though, also, just send it as a quick reply, but how do I mark the post "As Solution" as you described above? I'm new to this so I am just a little bit confused.

I swear that in a prior version of Fusion 360, the Extrude command (in Model) had an angle manipulator that let you pick the extrusion direction. Now it seems as though that is missing and right-angle extrusions are the only possible kind. Am I imagining that?

there is an angle manipulator in Extrude, but it is for setting the draft angle on the Extrude. It's not really for Extruding at an angle. For that, you need Sweep - define another sketch with a line at the angle you want, then use Sweep to create that angled "extrusion".

Here is the draft angle manipulator:

You did not give any indication on the profile you wanted to Sweep so I just used a simple rectangle. If you have questions after this, please ask.

Just a suggestion, it is much better to create a new Forum post for your particular question rather than piggy back on an old post, especially one that has already been solved. It will draw much more attention and a quicker response.

The Model I used in the Screencast is attached. Be sure to mark this post "As Solution" if it answers your question.

So why did it not help? I demoed the exact thing you as Jeff Strater to do. Anyway, since it did not help you, you do not need to mark Accept Solution because it did not solve your issue or question. If you do get an answer and it suits your needs, it is good practice to select the Forum post, that gave you the answer, and click the icon shown below. If you get more than one person responding with good answers, you can click Accept Solution for more than one.

Guess my problem wasn't what this one was describing. From initial looks, it looked different but I don't want to twist the profile. As for the accept solution issue, I can't find it. It isn't showing up on my end. I inserted a screenshot along with this reply and other than the accept solution icon that was in your screenshot, I can't find anything.

Thanks, 'define another sketch with a line at the angle you want, then use Sweep to create that angled "extrusion"' worked great! For some reason, I'd had trouble getting Sweep to work before (don't remember why), but this made it really clear and easy.

Sweep doesn't have the handy start and end options that extrude has. So if you just want to "extrude at an angle" per the OP, generally speaking, I think there is some extra work to get to where you were with extrude. At least that's what I needed in order to put a slight tilt angle to a countersink done with a simple extrude that had a start offset. I had to construct a plane for the path of the extrusion. Construct the path itself. Construct a normal offset plane to enter the start offset, create a sketch in this plane, project the profile to the constructed start sketch, THEN I could use sweep. One operation turned into ten, just to extrude at an angle.
