&lt;P&gt;To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what Netsupport is. I did a quick search and it seems as if it is some remote software. Not entirely sure what you are looking for when you say "URL/IP" but the following link contains some good information. Let me know if that works for you or not and I can try to see if anyone with some more knowledge of this can help you out.&lt;/P&gt;
