Is there an option available te define a positive lower tolerance for a given dimension ? The lower tolerance is red highlighted when trying..

There're situations where customization of a dimension is more effective then changing the nominal dimension of the model. Is there a possibility to add a tolerance to a modified dimension ? Seems when a dimension is override, a tolerance type can be selected but isn't showed.

Hi RemyK,

With the caveat that I would not recommend manually overriding dimension text (much like exploding dimensions in AutoCAD) because then you're losing the true associativity of the design to the dimension value... If you've manually overridden the text you can use the AutoCAD symbol code %%P to get the plus/minus symbol in the text.

FWIW, if you override the text and want to revert back to the default you can delete the current text and replace with <> .

Thanks,

Chris
