How to create new material (Thermal Insulation)

Hi,

I urgently need help on topic - how to create new material. I found the template and editor to do this - I attach screen. However I cannot make the F360 to accept any changes to the edited material. It is also ambiguous to me how to invoke new features and which features are avaliable (parameters).

I would be grateful for any manual,

I recommended you to:

Add a material to Favorites,
Duplicate the material
Renamed duplicated material.
Close Material manager and open it again.

Then you should to see your renamed material which is possible to edit.

Vacuum Setting for Thermal Simulations

What is the lowest thermal conductivity I can set for a new material.

I need to simulate the effect of a vacuum layer for insulation properties.

The vacuum level will be 1e-6 Torr so thermal conductivity would be lower that

what Fusion will allow.

It would appear the value can not be set lower than 1.000E-02 W/(m·K).
