Just more questions about Fusion 360 Joints.

As you can see. I'm learning the joints. I don't particularly agree with the science behind the Fusion 360 moving things around. But, it doesn't matter for my part. I'm simply taking a sample from Instagram here;

It's working. It's just that currently the bars are moving in the opposite directions. And that maybe why they are a little off track. The original more sample has 4 connecting rods. I just don't think I can get lucky enough to repeat this process 4 times. So I only include one.

I'll attach a model. Because without the model the question seems useless. To be explained in words. And, considering the model is working. Technically not working as expected.

I can't preview the images as of writing this. You have to excuse the posted question and the size of things in the post.

Just in case; here's a video of what's going on when I animate the joint relationship of Cylindrical 3.

Another Cylindrical Joint, Component 5 to Component 2, (I used As Built)

Motion Link between the 2 barrels, and then

Animate Relationship either one of the first 2 Revolves.

Okay. That makes sense. Seems to be working as expected. I do see. I don't need the two other components.

The design is just for features while I wait. But, in the screens. Here's what I was unable to recreate. So I just took through the Undo/Redo fields when this first happened. You can see some values in the screens. When going in between the motion link model, rotation vs. slide to rotation vs. rotation. Because apparently two different things. It was trying to give me guest values. Or, rather tourist bargains. In this current state the driven joints always 4 degrees behind with each 90 degree rotation of the first. And then it resets after 360.

Thanks so much. It seems all easy enough at first. Then I get stuck putting that idea together in Fusion 360.

No - Motion Link is Rev 1 and Rev 2, if wrong direction one is reverse. (360 : 360 or 360 :-360)

Cylindrical Joint is passenger.

The linkage of the cylindrical is lost. So I connect the cylindrical.

So this gets me pretty close. You have to understand. I'm processing this close to Fusion 360. It's just a guess.

It's just that Fusion 360 is out of proportion. Unless that is calculated by that additional Cylindrical.

Looks close to ok, but you are using cylindrical to drive.

Animate Model with one revolve.

Four bars are the same, each bar has 2 cylindrical, and all will work ok.
