Hi James,

Thank you for the prompt support reply.

Yes, I had the same problem when opening up other models and I tried loging in/out of Fusion. The graphics card is working fine. On the second drawing that I did thismorning I was trying to change the appearance to Shaded with Hidden Linse after completing the drawing for both a Top base view and a side view. However, I was not able to change them from Visible and Hidden Edges.

SOLUTION

I loged out of Fusion and shut down the cpu (not just a restart). After shartup and loging in to Fusion the workspace opens as normal and I was again able to open up saved models and they are looking fine.

I had opened a model and created a drawing based on one of the components. When I closed the drawing and reopened the model (same version) in the Canvas Workspace the model opens in sculpt mode, the background is gray and the model is not visible. Normal view is visible.

Display Settings:

Visual Style: Shaded

Environment: Photo Booth

The components are not hidden in the browser.

The same results occur when opening other versions of the model. It appears that a change has occurred to the visibility settings.

What settings do I need to adjust to return to my original default view?

Hi @kevinwatts,

Sorry to hear this is happening to you! Does this only happening when re-opening the model after you opened the drawing? Also, just with this one particular model, or with all models? Normally when I see an "invisible model", the first thought I have is to try and update the graphics card to see if this is the issue. Also, can you share the model with me (james.youmatz@autodesk.com) and some screenshots, so I can try to reproduce the issue on my computer as well.

Thanks,
