&lt;P&gt;so that edges of each body are coincident.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want to do it after the model is created. Split body works. Because, trim will remove sections you need. And, split face doesn't need to extend the split tool. But, there is no way to remove the surface from the body surface. I'm not sure if there is a way to do that.
