Angular Plane glitch

When inserting an angular Plane after selecting the angle then finishing the operation the plane switches to the negative value.

Its not a big problem as all i do is set the plane to the opposite direction i need then on close it reverses and i get the right outcome.

Could you share a public link to this design file? I did some simple, quick testing, but I did not have any luck reproducing this issue.
