      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are we having server problems this evening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get an hourglass for about 20 seconds and it fades out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Allan Steinkuhl&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;About 7:00 pm eastern time, my session would not show its data panel.&amp;nbsp; So it must have lost contact with the cloud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I closed the session and then it would not reopen.&amp;nbsp; It was like it lost it's connection to Internet.&amp;nbsp; It would display an hourglass and then it would drop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning after several attempts to open, it did open.&amp;nbsp; It told me it had updated software and I should restart the session.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I closed it, it would not reopen again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am going to uninstall and reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Allan Steinkuhl&lt;/P&gt;</description>
