selection sets not transferring from Model tab to Animation tab

Hi, In Fusion 360 the selection sets that I created in Model space do not appear in the Animation space even though they appear in Skulpt, Patch and Render. Animation will let me start the process all over again but that is tedious. Any solutions? Thanks

I apologize for the slow response here. This one seems to have slipped through the cracks.

I'm able to reproduce this behavior consistently on my end as well. I'm not sure if this is function this way by design or not, but I have logged a report (FUS-25369) with development to investigate this topic further.

Selection sets in the Model workspace can encompass bodies, features, and other objects that are not really compatible (or make much sense) in the Animation environment. One thing I note is that if you create a selection set in the animation workspace and then rename the selection set, the components contained in that selection set will also be renamed. For this reason, I suspect that this is the as designed behavior.

I will circle back with further information to confirm or deny, as it becomes available to me. Let us know if you have any questions in the meanwhile.
