Sheet Metal flap cannot be unfolded

Hi, I'm trying a special sheet metal processing with Fusion. However, I am not getting this shape generated correctly. I actually want to draw a PopUp card and need this special shape. I can somehow manage to draw it, but my last hurdle is to unfold it. Thank you for your support.

I don't think (pretty sure) it's possible without a workaround. Can you share your Fusion 360 file?

I have uploaded the Fusion file. So far I've only fixed it so that I get the target shape. It should end up with the shape shown in the picture. I haven't figured out how to get there yet. Thanks for the support.

Thank you for your support. Unfortunately, it is no longer a complete part according to the proposed solution. when it is unfold, it naturally shifts due to the bending radius. Can you try to use the center line as the bending line in the settings? I tried nearly everything und still find a sulution.

In my version (Workaround) Unfold and flat pattern both work as expected...You'll need to add back the slit in the .dxf ( and in mine that grows nearly 5mm. This could be fine-tuned by resetting the K-Factor but that won't eliminate the need to amend the Flat pattern .dxf prior to laser cutting. Perhaps you have already rejected this approach?
